Cylinder designers choose the appropriate seal for each application by considering several factors. Different types of such seals like rod seal, buffer seal, piston seal and wiper seal are also manufactured in-house using our flagship SML 700 sealmaker machine

Hydraulic Test Benches
At Flowline Hydraulic Services, we prioritize precision and reliability in hydraulic testing, reflecting our commitment to quality control and maintenance. Our test benches can pressure test from 0 to 350 bar and feature a turbine flow pipe that measures oil flow alongside pressure, temperature, and drive speed. A laptop with a printer generates test diagrams. An optional in-line particle counter monitors hydraulic oil pollution, while various alarms track temperature and oil filter status. All MH Dynamic Testbenches include the MH easy slide mounting system and are designed for a maximum capacity of 140 kW, with lower-capacity models easily upgradeable.
Cylinder leaks are easy to detect. Double-acting cylinders can be cycled and tested for both internal and external leakage at any piston travel point, allowing for quick identification of scored cylinder walls and defective packing. Single-acting cylinders are tested at their maximum stroke.

We specialize in hydraulic cylinder repair, reconditioning, overhaul and testing. We thoroughly evaluate and analyze every aspect of the cylinder, including the barrel, piston, rings, seals and rods using our state-of-the-art equipment, simulation, software and testing methods. All cylinders tested according to OEM factory specification before dispatching to our customers.
